There are 3 bedrooms upstairs on the main level and two bathrooms. Two rooms have a king size in their room and the other room has a queen size bed. Downstairs, one room has a queen bed. One room has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full mattress on the bottom bunk. That room also has a twin bed in it. The last room has a full bed and a queen bed
There is an outdoor patio w/ barbecue. For your viewing pleasure there are 4 TVs in the house that feature over 25 channels of cable TV including the HBO, Showtime and Cinemax movie channels. There are also 2 DVD players.
You can see the ocean from our living room leather furniture that includes a sofa sleeper with a queen bed, a love seat, chair, ottoman, fireplace and a 50 inch flat screen TV

Our kitchen was recently remodeled with custom wood cabinets, new granite countertops, a new sink and new faucet.
Our kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. It is outfitted with plenty of pots, pans, plates, utensils and glasses. You just need to bring your own food and drink.
You’ll get fabulous ocean views from our kitchen and dining room.
Our master bedroom has a king bed and fireplace with a TV and DVD player. In this room, many nights you can hear the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and they can lull you to sleep.

There are beautiful ocean views from our house.
Next to our patio is a garden area where we have an additional table and 4 chairs, along with our charcoal barbecue.
: The patio is adjacent to the living room. It has a table and 6 chairs.
There is also a table with 4 other chairs on the patio on the side of the house.
Plenty of toys at the house for you to play with including surfboards, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, beach chairs and coolers.
Check out the new refurbished Las Gaviotas tennis and pickleball court. Open for use by all our guests.
This 15 person Jacuzzi is located next door to the swimming pool right on the ocean.
Olympic sized swimming pool right on the ocean is about 100 feet from the house.
Because of the central location at the south end, our home is a short walk to the pool and Jacuzzi as well as the beach.
We love to rent to families. Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.

We have reduced rates for longer stays and early check in or check out specials.
Reservation Policies:
We typically ask for approximately 25% down to reserve your dates depending upon how far out you book.
For your reservation payment, we can accept personal checks, Venmo, Cash App, a bank to bank transfer via Zelle, your Visa, Master Card or Discover debit card or credit card directly with us or your Visa, Master Card or Discover debit card or credit card & AMEX to pay directly via PayPal.
We ask for another 25% payment around half way from the time you booked and your first reservation date.
The full payment of approximately 50% plus the is $200 refundable security deposit is typically due 21 days before your first rental date.
The $200 security deposit is returned 7 – 10 days after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no fines (tickets) from the Las Gaviotas Security.
Check-In Time: approximately 4:00 PM
Check-Out Time: approximately 11:00 AM
There is a one time maid cleaning fee of $80.
Refund Policies: If you cancel up to 21 days prior to your first rental date, we offer a 100% refund of your total rental amount less a $75 cancellation fee. If you cancel between 11 and 20 days we will offer you a 50% refund of the total rental amount. If you cancel 10 days or less we cannot refund your money, however, we can try to rebook your dates for another time of the year that works for you and for us on our rental calendar.
