CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check –in time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am on the day of departure
RESERVATONS:
Full payment must be made at time of reservation through venmo.com (a FREE service provided by PayPal). Easy to set up, simple to use and secure. Refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in.
RATES & FEES
The hacienda is very fairly priced to encourage guests to return often.
YEAR-ROUND RATES: $195
Security deposit- $100
Refundable within 24 hours of departure if no fines, loss or damage
Cleaning-$75 (one time only, after departure)
CANCELLATION POLICY
If prior to 30 days, full refund (less $50 cancellation fee)
If within 30 days, one opportunity to reschedule with no penalty. 2nd reservation is non-refundable
