Casa De Nola is a spectacular seaside getaway, perfect for a large family or a group of friends.
This special beachfront house features one of the largest decks in all of Las Gaviotas, and it has it’s own private Jacuzzi!
It sits right on top of the surf and is a perfect vantage point for great photos!
Just sit back and relax with this great view of one of the many beautiful beaches of Baja California, Mexico.
Casa de Nola has a huge deck with a built-in fire place, (perfect for s’mores!), and a built-in charcoal BBQ.
There are 7 comfortable chaise lounges on deck to enjoy the views!
Including two gorgeous outdoor dining areas to eat while enjoying the panoramic vistas!
There is a community pool within Las Gaviotas, and Casa de Nola is located south of the pool, giving the property an excellent view from the family/dining room with the master bedroom right on the water!

The house has central heating and we have also installed a new water filtration system in the whole house.

In the 3 bedrooms, you’ll find 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 full bunk beds. Casa De Nola sleeps a maximum of 6 guests.

Linens and Towels are provided, and we’ll see you have a roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Please remember to bring extra beach towels with you.
