SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $200 is required.
The Security Deposit will be destroyed or returned with stamped self-addressed envelope, after we check there are no fines or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $60 is collected for this home.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.
