43 Las Picudas Este is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with a full kitchen, living room, and dining room.
Two bedrooms are in the main area of the home, while the third is entered through a courtyard.
Our home sleeps 6 guests.
Our deck has some of the best views in Las Gaviotas.
There is an outdoor Traeger smoker barbecue and plenty of outdoor seating.
We have an outdoor dining table with an umbrella that contains LED lights so you can enjoy your sunset dinner outdoors.
The kitchen contains the necessary utensils, dishes, and pots and pans.
There is a coffee maker, coffee grinder, and toaster oven.
The living room will treat you to beautiful panoramic ocean views from inside the house.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed.
The main master bedroom has a California King sized bed and bathroom with a shower.
The courtyard bedroom has a California King sized bed and bathroom with a shower.
Additional property amenities include; wireless internet, TVs, washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, and available parking on premises.

Rental Policies:
Maximum 6 guests please.
No pets allowed.
2 car limit.
We require a payment of HALF the rental, plus a $300 security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due by the month prior to check-in.
Payment can be made by Venmo, Zelle, or check.
In case of cancellation, any rent collected is refundable subject to re-booking.
The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.
