Two of the floors have decks with ocean views. The top floor has 180 degree views with views of the surf break. This floor has the oversized patio, large living room with 2 sofas and 3 loveseats, a fireplace and flat screen TV. Plenty of room for your group to spread out and enjoy the ocean views. The top floor kitchen was recently remodeled with new kitchen cabinets, over 80 feet of new granite countertops and new appliances. The 3rd floor dining room table is big enough to seat 12 people. 2 bedrooms are on the first floor and 4 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. We have parking for THREE cars.
