Our home is centrally located on the southern end of the Las Gaviotas complex, with an easy walk to the beach, pool, jacuzzi, volleyball court, and tennis/pickleball courts.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs on the main level are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms and 1 full bathroom: one bedroom with a queen bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed (twin over full) plus an additional twin bed, and one bedroom with a king bed.
The main level features an open living room, kitchen, and dining area with ocean views. The living room includes leather seating, a sofa sleeper with a queen bed, fireplace, and a 50-inch flat screen TV. The kitchen was recently remodeled with custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, a new sink and faucet, and includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and fireplace. The primary bathroom and the upstairs hallway bathroom were recently remodeled and both include walk-in showers.
A garage filled with surfboards and extra wall racks. Parking for three cars.

Reservation Policies:
50% at time of booking and the balance 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment via Zelle, Visa, Master Card or Discover card.
There is a $500 security deposit credit card hold that is removed 7 days after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no fines (tickets) from the Las Gaviotas Security.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $80.
Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within the 30 days we can try to rebook your dates for a full refund or schedule you for another time of the year that works for you and for us on our rental calendar.
