Secured garage to store your boards and wetsuits.
Kitchen includes all large and small appliances, washer and dryer in the garage.
All bed linens are provided – guests need to bring their own towels .
This is a non-smoking home with maximum occupancy of six persons.

Sept – Mar Non-Holiday Periods – 2 Night Minimum at $195 / night – Add a 3rd night for $180
Apr – May Non-Holiday Periods – 2 Night Minimum at $210 / night – Add a 3rd night for $190
June – Aug Non-Holiday Periods – 2 Night Minimum at $220 / night – Add a 3rd night for $200
Holiday Periods – 3 Night Minimum at $240 / night
Full Week Bookings – Stay 6 nights and your 7th night is free
One-time cleaning of $50
For your convenience we accept VENMO, PAYPAL and ZELLE
Pay Pal is available with an additional 3% fee
SECURITY & CLEANING DEPOSITS:
A security deposit of $200 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned after we check there are no fines or damages.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 45 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking.
