There is a $500 security deposit credit card hold that is removed 7 days after your stay assuming no damage to the house and you received no fines (tickets) from the Las Gaviotas Security.

Refund Policy: We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within the 30 days we can try to rebook your dates for a full refund or schedule you for another time of the year that works for you and for us on our rental calendar.
