Walk the length of Las Gaviotas on the oceanfront malecon to the beach, hot tub and Olympic size pool. Also available is a children’s park, putting green, beach volleyball, shuffleboard, basketball and tennis court, (bring your rackets!).

All Cooking Utensils and Linens and Bath Towels are provided – Just bring your own Beach Towels.
Nearby are many great restaurants, shopping, two golf courses and of course, the Wine Valley just north of Ensenada.
Watch the daily migration of seagulls and the wonderful pelicans. If you’re lucky, you’ll also see whales & dolphins go by!

A one-time cleaning fee of $60 is charged.

Rental Policies:
We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $200.00 security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due 45 days before check-in.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm or later.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am or earlier.
