About Las Gaviotas Rentals
Las-gaviotas.com has helped guests find vacation rentals in Las Gaviotas since June 2002. Today the site lists 57 homes, from studios to 6 bedroom houses, all inside the gated, guarded Las Gaviotas community on the Pacific coast of Baja California, about 35 minutes south of San Diego, just past Rosarito Beach. (Some people call it Los Gaviotas, but the name is Las Gaviotas, Spanish for “the seagulls.”)
Life in Las Gaviotas
Guests enjoy a private sandy beach with palapas, tide pools to explore, the community pool and spa, tennis, and one of the best known surf breaks in northern Baja.
How Booking Works
Every home is privately owned. Each home’s page shows its photos, rates, amenities and availability calendar, with a reservation request form at the bottom. The owner of each home sets its rates and confirms each booking.
Rules for Every Home
- No smoking in any home.
- Renters may not bring pets into Las Gaviotas.
- Maximum of 2 guests per bedroom, including infants and children.
- Check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 10:30 AM, unless the home’s page says otherwise.
