CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check –in time is 3:00 pm or after on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am on the day of departure
RESERVATONS:
We will hold your reservation with receipt of 50% of payment. Balance must be received 4 weeks prior to arrival.
RATES & FEES
Year-round rates: $250 per night.
Security deposit- $250
Your deposit check will be destroyed, (or returned if sent with self-addressed stamped envelope), once I have confirmed that everything is in the order you found it, and that no fines were given.
A one-time cleaning fee of $60. is charged.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Maximum occupancy: 4
We love dogs & cats, but according to the Las Gaviotas HOA rules, only homeowners are allowed pets in the community. Sorry!
