32 Las Chachalas is a lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Las Gaviotas rental.
High speed internet and TV are provided. The house is within walking distance to restaurants or a short drive to Puerto Nuevo lobster village.
The Las Gaviotas beach is famous for the surf break and boards can be stored in the side yard of the house.
The complex offers a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis/pickleball court and an ocean front malecon.
We’re located directly across from the pool and spa.
The living room and master bedroom open onto a large deck with an ocean view.
There are two flat-screen cable TVs.
Fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker. and pretty much everything you’ll need.
The dining room and twin bedroom open onto a large side garden.
2 bedrooms each have a king size bed, one bedroom has two twin beds.
There are blow-dryers, shampoo, soap, and bath towels in both bathrooms.
On weekends there are food stands serving tacos, fresh fish, cocktails, and smoothies.
The Valle de Guadalupe wine region is an easy day trip away.

Parking:
There is parking directly in front of the house or on either side of the street.
Security and cleaning deposits:
A security deposit of $200 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned provided that there are no fines, fees, or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $60 is collected for this home.
Check-In and Departure:
Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Reservations:
To secure your reservation we accept payment via PayPal, or Venmo(preferred). We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Full balance due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to re-booking.
You will receive an email from me with the check in details: keyless entry code, Las Gaviotas Entry Permit, etc.
Dates not booked until payment received.
You’ll receive a list of community rules with the entry form for Las Gaviotas.
According to the Las Gaviotas rules, only 6 people are allowed in the house. No smoking
No pets.
Reservations are on a first come basis. Check the calendar for availability and email for your dates of interest.
Total Payment = (# nights x $’s/night) + $60 cleaning + $’s sec. dep.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% of Total Payment (= Deposit) or total payment, at which time the online calendar will be blocked off. A remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of Total Payment you will receive: Directions, Rules, Vehicle Entry Pass, Lockbox code and House Information.
