The upstairs Master Suite invites you to unwind with its private ensuite bathroom, while two additional bedrooms share a stylish bathroom designed with convenience in mind. Every room has its own TV (all wi-fi) and new furnishings for your comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook any gourmet meal of your desire, and the private patio has a new built-in BBQ. Or come cozy up by the fireplace in the winter. The second Master Suite on the main level ensures easy access for all guests, making it perfect for multi-generational families or groups.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check –in time is 3:00 pm or later on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10:00 am on the day of departure
RESERVATONS:
We will hold your reservation with receipt of 50% of payment. Balance must be received 2 weeks prior to arrival.
RATES & FEES
Year-round rates: $350 per night.
3-night minimum stay.
Security deposit- $500
We will Zelle the deposit back within 48 hours of checking out, once we have confirmed that everything is in the order you found it, and that no fines were given.
A one-time cleaning fee of $100. is charged.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

We love dogs & cats, but according to the Las Gaviotas HOA rules, only homeowners are allowed pets in the community. Sorry!
