This water-front view apartment is steps to the beach, the volleyball courts, bbq area.
The apartment has a full sized kitchen stocked with cookware, utensils coffee maker and dishes. There is a bar-height counter with stools for dining.
There are also great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away, and Las Gaviotas is an easy day trip to the Valle de Guadalupe, a world renowned wine and fine dining destination.
There is one king size bed and bedding.
There is one bathroom with a shower. Shampoo, soap, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

2-night minimum stay.
Parking:
There is parking directly in front of the studio or you’ll find additional parking spaces on either side of the street.
Security and cleaning deposits:
A security deposit of $200 is required. The Security Deposit will be returned provided that there are no fines, fees, or damages.
A one-time cleaning fee of $50 is collected for this home.
Check-In and Departure:
Check-in time is 3:00pm or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Reservations:
To secure your reservation we accept payment via PayPal, or Venmo(preferred). We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. Full balance due 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Refunds for cancellations are subject to re-booking.
You will receive an email from me with the check in details: keyless entry code, Las Gaviotas Entry Permit, etc.
You’ll receive a list of community rules with the entry form for Las Gaviotas.
According to the Las Gaviotas rules, only 2 people are allowed in the studio and no children or babies are allowed.
Reservations are on a first come basis. Check the calendar for availability and email for your dates of interest.
Total Payment = (# nights x $’s/night) + $50 cleaning + $’s sec. dep.
Reservations are only confirmed and guaranteed with the receipt of 50% of Total Payment (= Deposit) or total payment, at which time the online calendar will be blocked off. A remaining balance must be received 3 weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of Total Payment you will receive: Directions, Rules, Vehicle Entry Pass, and House Information. (see Cancellation Policy)

On weekends there are food stands serving tacos, fresh fish, cocktails, and smoothies.
The complex offers a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis/pickleball court and an ocean front malecon.
