No “group” rentals – this house cannot be one of two or more homes that are being rented for your party.
Casa Gavi has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and pretty much everything you’ll need.
There’s a King bed in one bedroom, and a Queen bed in the other.
If you’re coming to Las Gaviotas, nothing beats staying on the front row!

RATES:
July 1st to September 15th: $250 per night
Rest of the year: $225 per night.
A one-time cleaning fee of $70 is charged.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
This deposit is returned after we check there are no fines or damages.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-out time is 10:00 am.
Free early check ins on Fridays to avoid north county i 5 traffic when available,
