RATES:
January & February:
$350. per night, (excluding holidays)
March through December:
$400 per night Sunday through Thursday nights.
$450 per night on Friday & Saturday nights.
A one-time cleaning fee of $75 is charged.

Rental Policies:
We require a payment of HALF the rental, plus a $300. security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due three weeks before check-in.
From June 21st to after Labor Day, there’s a 3-night minimum.
Payment can be made by Venmo, PayPal, Zelle or check.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.
