Rental Policies
We accept 
We require a personal check for the rental amount, plus a $250. security deposit, to reserve the house for you.
The security deposit must be a separate check please.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100. processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there are no fines & damages.
2-night minimum for off-season, & 3-night minimum for in-season & holidays.
Check-in after 3pm. Checkout by 10am
