It is a 2-bedroom home but the second bedroom & bathroom will be locked.
Therefore only 2 guests are allowed and they’ll have use of the master bedroom, the master bathroom, and the rest of the house.

-Full kitchen, with everything you need, including a direct ocean view.
-Master bedroom and master bathroom.
-Cooler, beach chairs, and surfboard, are available to use.
-Surfboard racks outside, to store your board.

RATES & RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
From $140 per night / 2 night minimum.
3 night minimum for Holiday Weekends.
November – March $140 per night
December 22- January 2, $160 per night
April – October $160 per night
$40 cleaning fee
$200 security deposit*.
*There are no refunds for cancellations. There is some flexibility if we can re-book.
Please make sure that you read the community rules. Violations can result in a fine which we will pay on your behalf, and then deduct that amount from your deposit. A typical fine is $100.
To secure your reservation, send the $200 separate security deposit via Zelle. Rent is due 7 days before arrival.
Cleaning fee is left in the kitchen before departure.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 11:00 a.m. on day of departure.
