Baja Paradise is a 2-bedroom, two bath home, and it comfortably sleeps four people.
This is a view from the front patio, which is noticeably higher than the surrounding homes. This helps provide incredible panoramic views of the best surf spot as well as of our famous sunsets.
See the quality throughout, from granite bathrooms and counter tops to glass block walls, skylights, recessed lighting, and a surround sound stereo system.
We have a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and a Queen bed and a single bed in the second bedroom..

We have cable and a TV/VCR & DVD in the living room and the master bedroom and a small stereo in the master bedroom. We also have ceiling fans and forced air heating.
There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom, and the second bedroom has a Queen and a Single bed.
Our home has two outdoor patios, one on the side of our home with a garden surrounding it and a sundeck off of the living room.
Baja Paradise is a non-smoking home.
NORMAL RATES
$250 per night
Stay more than 3 nights and get one night for FREE!
2 night minimum Holiday weekends 3 night minimum
We require a $200. refundable deposit. We will refund this amount to you within 2 – 4 weeks after you depart. We will not refund your security deposit until we have received a report from the community telling us if anyone n your party had received any fines during your stay. We do collect a $50. non refundable cleaning fee.
Our check in time is 2:00 p.m. and check out is 10:00 a.m. If our schedule permits we will extend check out time to 6:00 p.m. for an additional $100.00. Please do not check in before 2:00 p.m.
If you cancel more than 31 days before your arrival we will refund all but $50 of the funds you have paid us.
If you are mailing a deposit or payment to us, please make the cashiers check or money order payable to Jim Clancy, not Baja Paradise. We accept personal checks or money orders. Please contact us regarding last minute bookings and we will accept credit card payments.
