5 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. Bedrooms include 1 King, 3 Queens, 2 Twins. A comfortable Queen self inflating Aerobed also provided.
Fully stocked kitchen includes: Dishwasher, Microwave, Stove, Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, Coffee grinder, Expresso machine, Toaster, Blender, full complement of Dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots, pans and serving dishes provided.
Household amenities: High Speed 5 G Wi-Fi internet included. 65” Smart TV in Living Room.
Linens, towels, paper products, body wash and hand-soap provided.
Bring your own beach towels.
Exterior amenities: Secured surf racks and outside shower. Charcoal BBQ on deck- mesquite coals can be purchased across the street. Outside dining table, umbrellas and lounge chairs on sundeck.

We rent to families and responsible adults. If you are going to Mexico for wild partying and late night action this is not a good fit. Our conduct and noise rules are vigorously enforced to ensure the safety and pleasure of the community for all.

Refund Policies for cancellations:
Over 30 days: 100 % refund on deposit and rental fee.
15 to 29 days: 100% refund on deposit, 50% refund on rental fee if dates do not get re-booked. If rental fees have not been paid, security deposit will be forfeited.
Less than 15 days: 100% refund deposit 0% refund on rental fee if dates do not get re-booked. If rental fees have not been paid, security deposit will be forfeited.
