Our rental has 2 master suites and the 3rd bedroom is right next to 3rd bathroom, for master-like setup. The home has been a primary residence for several years, so is not your “usual” rental.
The remodeled kitchen has pretty much everything you’ll need, and more, for when you’re not dining out at one of the many nearby eateries.
There’s a King bed in the master bedroom.
This bedroom has a King bed.
This bedroom also has a Queen bed.

- -A one-time cleaning fee of $75 will be charged.
- -If the property is available 2 weeks in advance a shorter stay is allowed.
- -Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
RESERVATION AND SECURITY DEPOSIT
- -50% deposit secures the booking.
- -The balance, $75 cleaning fee and $300 refundable security deposit is due 1 month prior to check-in. (Refundable if no fines, loss, or damage)
RESERVATION POLICIES
- -Maximum 6 guests please.
- -No pets allowed.
- -2 car limit.
We require a payment of HALF the rental to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental, cleaning fee and $300 refundable deposit are due by the month prior to check-in.
Payment can be made by Zelle, Venmo, or check.
In case of cancellation, any rent collected is refundable subject to re-booking. The deposit is returned after we check there were no fines, damages or extra cleaning.
