Casa Nomani in Las Gaviotas
is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath stand-alone, split-level ocean-view villa on the east end of the complex, minutes from the beach and pool. Casa Nomani does not back up to the free road/toll road, so our home is sheltered and quiet/without road noise from the highway.
Entering the home you step into a great room that is a large open concept kitchen, living and dining area providing ocean views throughout. The home is a chef’s delight and fully equipped with gas range, oven, microwave, blends, dishwasher, two (2) fireplaces and useable washer and dryer. We provide all linens and 6 bath towels.
The main floor of Casa Nomani in Las Gaviotas opens to an ocean view deck with a charcoal BBQ and seating. Go up the spiral staircase to access our large roof-deck terrace offering unobstructed and spectacular views of the terracotta rooftops and main surf break. On the roof as well find an outdoor patio table, lounge chairs and a propone powered fire-pit to enjoy the sunsets.
Entering the home to the rear upstairs is the master bedroom (king size) and en-suite bathroom. Downstairs are 2 separate bedrooms, one with a Queen and other with 2 twin beds along with a shared full bathroom.
Casa Nomani rates:
Low Season: $180 per night
Mid Season: $200 per night
High Season and Holidays: $230 per night
3 night minimum for Mid Season and 4 night min for high season stays. If the property is available during same week to book, a shorter stay and rate maybe negotiable; please contact!
Holidays: Easter, New Year, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, MLK Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas (this includes the week of the holiday)
Stay a week, and your 7th night is free.
A one-time cleaning fee of $65 will be charged.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
We require a payment of HALF the rental, plus a $300 security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due 14 days prior to check-in. Payment can be made by Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or check. In case of cancellation, any rent collected is refundable subject to re-booking.
