Casa Purnell is a self catering 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Las Gaviotas villa with a 180° view of the Pacific Ocean with recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.
It is situated next to a walkway which leads to the beach, oceanside association pool, jacuzzi and shuffleboard. The tennis court is located about 5 houses away. (See map for precise location).
The villa comes with a kitchen which is stocked with dishes, utensils and condiments. Appliances include a gas cook top, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker.
There is a master bedroom with a king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Linens and towels are provided.

Each bedroom and main room has a ceiling fan, heater and a flat screen TV.
The patio has a propane BBQ and propane fire table for your enjoyment.
A large flat screen TV is provided in the main living room with local cable, DVD player (with a good supply of some classic movies), fireplace, assorted board games and of course, WIFI strong enough to work remotely if you had to!
