Casa Serena (Peaceful House) is an Ocean Front, 5 bedroom Las Gaviotas home.

Located at 17 Las Picudas Este in a gated community just south of Rosarito, (K41.5), this 4,200 square foot house can be rented for up to 10 individuals.

There’s ample parking for three vehicles (two in the driveway, and one in front of the house).

We have five bedrooms all with brand new comfortable beds and high quality sheets:
Ocean Front Master Bedroom: King Bed & Private Bath
2nd Room: King Bed and Private Bath
3rd Room: Two Queen Beds and Private Bath
4th Room: Bunk Beds with a trundle bed
Casita (5th Room): Private Entrance, King Bed and Private Bath

Casa Serena is ocean front and positioned above the surf breaks and just steps from the beach.

Rates and Rental Requirements:

Start at $985.00 per night, and vary by holiday and seasons.

3 night minimum January through March

4 night minimum April through December

Weekly rental 7th night free

This House has a Maximum Occupancy of 10 guests regardless of age.

Cleaning and Security Deposit:

$160.00 one time Cleaning Fee

$750.00 Security Deposit refundable within 10 days as long as no damage or fines occur.

Refund Policy:

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

50% refund if canceled between 59-30 days before arrival date.

Payment: 50% due at time of booking, and remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check in date.

CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:

Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.

There is a key lock-box to access the home when you arrive.
