Welcome to beautiful La Casa Flores in Las Gaviotas, Baja, California, MX. My casa is a quiet space to relax and renew your spirit in comfortable Mexican decor. Delight in the panoramic coastal ocean views and spectacular sunsets from the great room, dining room, kitchen, and spacious terrace. The sights, sounds and smells of the sea will energize and overwhelm you. Lounge, swim, and soak overlooking the sea in the community pool and spa. Stroll along the waterfront esplanade to the private white sand beach where you will be summoned to surf a perfect wave, laze in the sun or siesta under a palapa. My casa by the sea is a dream come true for me. I am happy to be able to share it with you and your family and friends.

Las Gaviotas is a world class Mexican style resort 40 minutes from the San Diego/ Baja border.
Rental Rates:
$185 per night with a 2 night minimum.
Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. to allow time for our cleaning service.
Holiday Rates
$195 per night with a 4-night minimum: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Baja Beach Fest, New Years, 4th of July.
$195 per night with a 3-night minimum: MLK Day, Labor Day, President’s Day, Spring Break, Memorial Day.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a full refund of money paid.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund will be made if my home is re-booked.
Method of Payment, Fees and Deposit:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount due, will confirm your reservation. The balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
A $200.00 security deposit, fully refundable if there are no HOA fines or damages to the property; a one time cleaning fee of $50.00.
MasterCard & Visa accepted.
What to Bring
Your passports, Mexican car insurance, beach towels, food, barbecue briquettes and surfboards.
Please no smoking in my home. Guests are not allowed to bring pets into Las Gaviotas.
