There is a one-time $60 maid cleaning fee collected for each stay. Also a $200 security deposit.
CHECK-IN & DEPARTURE:
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. or later and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. There is a key lock-box at this home if you arrive late.

Rental Policies:
We require a cashiers check or money order for HALF the rental, plus a $200.00 security deposit, to reserve the house for you. The balance of the rental is due 45 days before check-in.
