You will appreciate the panoramic ocean views and hillside city lights from the nearby bay of Prima Tapia.

Enjoy the huge private spa while watching the best waves in Baja.  Walk 100 ft to the Las Gaviotas private beach access with Volleyball and picnic area.

Nearby dining and entertainment; Sushi Surf is across the street and offers live music on weekends.  Walk to famous Ollies Pizza and Gelato.  Puerto Nuevo, Splash, Encanto, Happy Hour, Hacienda are our favorites.  Rosarito is a short 10 minute drive.

Rates & rental policies:
Feb 26 – Apr 30   $500 per night
May 1 – Oct 1   $600 per night
Nov 20 – Jan 5   $650 per night

50% is needed to hold the house for you, and the balance is due 7 days before arrival.

One time $60 cleaning fee
$500 refundable security deposit

Check-in & departure:
Check –in time is 12 pm or after on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is by 10 am on the day of departure, (can be later upon approval)

Maximum occupancy 6 people (including children)

Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
