Behind our ocean front home is a very private Casita, perfect for 2 people wanting to hang out in Las Gaviotas, in a very private atmosphere.

If you’re looking for a noisy rental, in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the pool area, or if you’re hoping for dozens of people to walk by your rental, checking it out, then The Casita is not for you 🙂

You’re welcome to use the free wireless internet, and to enjoy the flat-screen cable TV.
The kitchenette has granite counter-tops, a small fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, utensils and dishes. We supply essentials like dish soap, napkins, paper towels etc. You’ll have the use of the BBQ which is just outside the casita.
Bottled purified water is provided.
You don’t want to cook while you’re on vacation – when there are so many choices for dining out, from taco and torta stands to lobster and steak restaurants!
You’ll sleep well in the King bed.
Of course, all linens, towels, toilet paper, bath wash, and so on, are provided for you.
That wrought-iron gate is the access to the beach area.

$150 per night
2 night minimum stay
Maximum 2 guests.
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $50.

We love kids, but according to the Las Gaviotas rules, only 2 people are allowed in The Casita, so sorry, no children or babies allowed.
