The property boasts a prime location with a pathway to the beach, only 8 houses away. It is behind a private residence on the front. It is 900 sq ft. on a second story with wonderful views of the ocean and sunsets. At the bottom of the stairs are a BBQ, surf racks, and an outdoor shower.
It is perfect for a romantic getaway.
We supply linens, soap, coffee and purified bottled water.
The property is a non smoking environment with no children. It has fiber internet.
RATES
$225 per night
Maximum 2 guests.
$500 security deposit which is refundable after your stay
Deposit of full rental fee to secure your reservation.
There is a two night minimum and three nights for holidays with no exceptions.
There are no pets as per HOA rules.
There is a one-time cleaning fee of $60.
